You will be captivated by panoramic views of the mountains, the Arzachena valley, and, on clear days, even Corsica—an ideal retreat to relax and recharge in nature with complete privacy. The 100 m² property features a spacious, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom suitable for family or friends, with a bathroom in the corridor and an extra washbasin. The house accommodates up to 5 guests. At your disposal: fast Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for smart working, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, books, and games. Outside, enjoy a private garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and two outdoor showers—perfect for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, as the mountain path is unpaved and uneven. One small pet is allowed. The house is not suitable for children under six; children must always be supervised due to the rural setting, which includes rocks, uneven ground, and a natural pond.
