The 100 m² property features a spacious, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom suitable for family or friends, with a bathroom in the corridor and an extra washbasin. The house accommodates up to 5 guests. At your disposal: fast Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for smart working, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, books, and games. Outside, enjoy a private garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and two outdoor showers—perfect for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, as the mountain path is unpaved and uneven. One small pet is allowed. The house is not suitable for children under six; children must always be supervised due to the rural setting, which includes rocks, uneven ground, and a natural pond.
